Food in Canada recently published a feature about Food Loss + Waste Prevention projects at Canadian food & beverage manufacturing facilities we had the privilege to work on with Second Harvest and Anthesis Provision. The article highlights two participants, Righteous Gelato and Nature’s Touch, and discusses the positive outcomes and challenges of the overall project.
