Southbrook Vineyards has issued a news release about its recent energy projects, which started with an energy conservation assessment conducted by Enviro-Stewards. Our approach is to begin with energy conservation first before looking at alternative energy sources, such as solar, because of the strong environmental and economic benefits of the conservation-first approach.
